Shipping policy

Shipping is $7 FLAT RATE.

Orders over $125 SHIP FREE! 


Address Changes: If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at milaandy24@gmail.com to request a change of address. This MUST be done prior to your order being shipped. Once you receive a shipping notification we can not change the address for that order. *Changing your address on your online account WILL NOT update the address for all pending orders.You must reach out to us for pending order addresses to be changed. If your order is returned or lost due to the incorrect or old address not being updated, you are responsible for paying all shipping fees to have this order reshipped to the correct address. 


Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. When placing an order through MILA & ANDY CLOTHING COMPANY LLC, the customer has the option to purchase additional shipping insurance through Route Protection, which protects your package from loss, theft, or damage during transit. We do recommend purchasing this insurance, because once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, MILA & ANDY CLOTHING COMPANY LLC. is no longer responsible for your items. All claims should be resolved via USPS or Route. If you have questions or need assistance please email us at milaandy24@gmail.com. If you file a claim via PayPal and have not first contacted us to resolve the issue, you are subject to being blocked and deleted from our group and having all pending orders refunded. 


Returns/ Refunds: We kindly ask that you please inspect your items upon receiving them. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to MILA & ANDY CLOTHING COMPANY LLC within 7 business days of receiving the item. You can email us at milaandy24@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, a picture of the item that was affected, and a picture of your signed packing slipFailure to include these three points could delay or inhibit our ability to correct this issue. After email correspondence, if there is a manufacturing issue noted by our staff, the customer will have 7 business days to provide tracking for the affected item. Paid return labels are issued for items with manufacturer defects ONLY. Shipping for any other issue outside of this will be at the expense of the customer. Should the customer fail to provide tracking for the defected item within 7 business days the item will no longer be eligible for exchange, refund, remake or credit. 

ETAs: All estimated time of arrivals for preorders are posted in our Facebook group when ordering, but are subject to change. ETAs are NOT necessarily the arrival date nor when customers will receive their order. All stated ETAs are an estimate of when our manufacturer will ship the order TO MILA & ANDY CLOTHING COMPANY LLC warehouse. Due to the size of our preorders, our inventory typically arrives in 4-5 different shipments. Once the full order is received at our warehouse, we ask for 7 full business days to complete shipping to customers. We will notify customers when the order ships to us from the manufacturer, once we receive the order, and once shipping to customers has been completed. Please keep in mind we do not ever guarantee any specific arrival dates. If you are ordering ONLY for a specific event/purpose we advise to have a backup.

Please understand that any manufacturing/shipping delays are out of our control and we will do our best to keep you up to date should any delays arise. When placing an order with MILA & ANDY CLOTHING COMPANY LLC you are agreeing to not hold our business liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of postal delays, inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.

Updates on OrdersStay up-to-date on shipping and ETAs by following our Facebook group. We will post weekly updates regarding shipping and ETAs. We recommend turning on your notifications for our group as well. Following our Instagram and subscribing to our emails are other ways to receive the latest on MILA & ANDY. We DO NOT give individual updates on orders. 

Ready to Ship: Our RTS inventory can be found on our website and the app. All available inventory (sizes, styles, & quantities) are posted and kept up to date. Orders placed on RTS items will be shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

*All stated Preorder ship dates are at least 3 months + ship time from the order date. Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes.

GEORGIA Sales tax combined of 8% will be added to all orders shipping inside of GEORGIA.
